Statement:  Known Unknowns

My recent paintings encompass environmental and socio/political concerns. A matrix of diagrams and data from across disciplines denotes my respect for the massive potential available for solving world problems - and frustration with systems that direct attention elsewhere. In my work I follow imagined paths to resolution, weaving layers of fragments from controlled methodologies with patterns and rhythms from nature.
